Rainbow Cupcakes

One of my favorite food blogs, Our Best Bites, features amazing desserts, appetizers, dinners, and snacks. This past weekend I tried their rainbow cupcake recipe. It did not disappoint! I will now be putting yogurt* and food coloring in all the cake batter I make. yum!

Memorial day usually commences the summer season... although us Seattlites don't get too caught up in it since Summer here doesn't officially start until July 4th! :P

This afternoon, Ben and I took a nice 10 mile bike ride from Log Boom Park in Bothell/Kenmore down to Univ of Washington (UW) for the U-District Street Fair!
