We finished out the golden circle with a drive through the countryside, a stop at the historic Skalholt Cathedral, and lost our keys (briefly) at Kerið crater before returning back to our hotel.
The pictures hopefully speak for themselves. everything was gorgeous although pretty cold - around 32F but with bright/clear skies.
